RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Every OO by Abi piece is handmade and/or upcycled, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations, signs of the textile’s previous life, and small imperfections are part of what make each piece one of one.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
Because each piece is unique, all ready-to-ship sales are final. Please review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once work has begun.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact OO by Abi as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped or custom orders for which work has begun cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact OO by Abi within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so I can make it right.
