SHIPPING POLICY

All OO by Abi pieces are packaged and shipped with care from Florida.

READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing. Express shipping is available at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping is $15.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom and made-to-order pieces have separate creation timelines. An estimated completion time will be discussed before your order is started.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside of OO by Abi's control.
