Men’s khakis had no business looking this good.

This jacket was pieced together from multiple pairs of thrifted men’s khaki pants in different shades, creating a tonal patchwork of olive, tan, and neutral hues. Different textures and colors come together throughout the body and sleeves, with raw-edge detailing that lets you see exactly how the piece was rebuilt.

And those striped floral shoulder patches? They were cut from the same men’s button-down shirt used to create the matching tie-front top — bringing a little piece of its former life along for the ride.
